Not completed your equine welfare course?

Newly licensed and registered participants must complete Racing Victoria’s online equine welfare course before renewing their licence/registration for the 2023-24 racing season.

If you have not previously completed your equine welfare course a renewal application will not be issued to you, and you will not be able to renew your licence/registration while the course is incomplete.

Please complete it as soon as possible.
