Learning Portal

Racing Victoria’s Learning Portal was launched in October 2020. It aims to help improve participant conduct and their understanding of the Rules of Racing.

The below resources will assist industry participants accessing the portal and guide them through each course they are required to complete as an obligation of obtaining a new or renewed license each racing season.

The first course will focus on the Victorian racing industry’s three-year Equine Welfare Strategic Plan and the expectations of a licensed person to protect and safeguard the sport’s equine stars.

Quick Start Guide – use this guide to visit the portal, set a password, log in and bookmark the site in your browser
