  2. I have clicked to submit but it isn’t working: Please check that you have filled in the form entirely, including your name, date-of-birth, email, contact number and Licence type. Please also ensure that you have signed the form.

  3. I haven’t received my confirmation: Please allow 1-2 hours for your confirmation to be sent. If you have not received your confirmation after that time, first check your email spam / junk mail folders.   5. I can’t complete the form on my mobile device: Some older mobile devices may have issues submitting the form. In this case please use a desktop or laptop computer to complete the form. If you are still having difficulties, please contact us at rvquestions@racingvictoria.net.au

  6. I haven’t received my certificate yet? What should I do? Please complete the form with the dates of your vaccination(s), and then once your certificate is received, please forward it to us on rvquestions@racingvictoria.net.au

  7. My licensed name is different to my married name. What should I do? Please upload your form, and we will place a notation against your name on our systems of the explanation for the difference.

  8. I can’t download or am otherwise having difficulty with the MyGov App. What can I do? In the interim or if you are having trouble with the MyGov system, please note that you can take a screen grab of your phone and/or a photo of your certificate and upload this to the system.

  9. I do not have a phone: Please ensure you have your certificate with you when you attend raceday and we will set you up manually.
