The Racing Appeals and Disciplinary (RAD) Board has today found licensed person Wayne Curie guilty of two charges of breaching AR 175(q).
Curie entered a guilty plea at today's hearing for the respective breaches of AR175(q) which states:
The Committee of any Club or the Stewards may penalise any person who in their opinion is guilty of any misconduct, improper conduct or unseemly behaviour.
The charges relate to a message sent by Curie on social media to two registered racehorse owners.
Curie has been convicted and fined $3,000 and $1,000 for his two breaches.
