Wodonga meeting abandoned due to rain
After an inspection of the track by Racing Victoria (RV) Stewards this morning (Saturday, 13 July), today’s meeting at Wodonga has been abandoned with sections of the track deemed unsafe for racing following heavy overnight rain.
Wodonga received 15mm of rain in the past 24 hours, which took the total for the week to 44mm and led to surface water forming at the 400m, 900m and 1600m sections of the track.
