Racing Victoria (RV) and the Seymour Racing Club (SRC) wish to advise that the race meeting scheduled at Seymour on Monday, 5 October has been transferred to Echuca.
The SRC conducted jump-outs on Monday with the track displaying signs of improvement, however it has been determined that the surface is not yet in a position for the Club to host their next race meeting.
It is expected that the track will continue to improve and consolidate as the weather warms up, with the Club to host jump-outs again in the coming weeks to further test the surface ahead of their Cup meeting on 18 October.
The updated program as a result of the transfer is as follows:
