Please complete the Visiting Interstate Trainer Licence Application Form if you are a non-Victorian-based licence-holder intending to 'accept' in Victoria.

Please note:

  • If your horse(s) is staying for longer than 2 weeks in Victoria, either you or an employee from your stable must accompany the horse during its time in Victoria;
  • A Letter of Authority must be submitted by the property owner permitting stewards access if the horse(s) is staying at unlicensed premises; and
  • You must not use any tracks and/or facilities without club permission.

I also acknowledge that approval of this Application is required prior to the relocation of my horse(s) and that a Stable Inspection may be required.
