The Trackwork Rider Program is designed to provide a pathway for riders to a jockey apprenticeship or to enhance the skills and knowledge of Trackwork riders. The program is open to all current trackwork riders, those that have completed a trackwork riding course or are about to commence trackwork riding.
Applications open January 2023 with the Rider Development Squad commencing in March 2023, running through until November 2023.
Four development days throughout the year deliver skills and knowledge on various topics with coaching from Apprentice Jockey Coaches.
