What is wellbeing?

Wellbeing is a term used to describe how individuals feel about various aspects of life and how they are finding it.

A lot of research has gone into wellbeing and how someone can work to improve it or enhance their own wellbeing. Some of the dimensions of wellbeing include mental health, physical health, emotional health, nutritional and social health.
