Journalists who are members of the Victoria Racing Media Association (VRMA) are required to complete and submit the following application form to obtain a Journalist Media Pass to officiate at Victorian thoroughbred race meetings during the 2023-24 racing season, being the period from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024.

Privacy Collection Statement – Journalist Media Pass Application VRMA Members wishing to take photographs for the purposes of their News Reporting are advised that a separate online application for a Photography Pass must be submitted by their employer. The application for a Photography Pass will be considered exclusive to this application for a Journalist Media Pass.
Applicants will be notified if their application has been accepted and, if so, will be issued with a Journalist Media Pass.
