All Racing Victoria 2020-21 licences and registrations expire on 31 July 2021. If you have not yet renewed your licence or registration for the 2021-22 season your licence or registration will lapse on 31 July 2021. Late renewals will incur a late fee.
All 2021-22 season renewals will be sent via email instructing you on how to complete the process. All renewals are to be completed online through your Stable Assist account. All applicants for any registration or licence are subject to Racing Victoria's Suitability Policy. Please click here to view the Suitability Policy.
All licensed and registered participants must complete Racing Victoria’s online equine welfare course before renewing their licence/registration for the 2021-22 racing season.
If you have not completed your equine welfare course a renewal application will not be issued to you, and you will not be able to renew your licence/registration while the course is incomplete.
Please complete it as soon as possible.
