Please use this form to report any integrity related matter that you are concerned about. This could be about any concern that threatens the integrity of the industry, including general misconduct, equine welfare, participant protection, or a dispute.
All Information is important and the more detail you provide about the concern, the better. This will help us decide on the most appropriate course of action and who we should direct your concern to.
