Tomorrow’s Swan Hill meeting transferred to Murtoa

Racing Victoria (RV) and the Swan Hill Jockey Club advise that tomorrow’s Swan Hill meeting has been transferred to Murtoa due to the condition of the track owing to wet weather.
RV Stewards today inspected the Swan Hill track following 26mm of rain over the past 36 hours and deemed it unsafe for racing.
With the track unlikely to improve sufficiently ahead of tomorrow’s meeting, the decision has been made to transfer the meeting to Murtoa.
Scratchings will be reinstated for the Murtoa meeting with six distance changes required as a result of the transfer. Due to reduced field limits, two horses become emergencies in races 2, 3, 7 and 8 while three horses become emergencies in race 6.
