Owners Digital Ticketing Platform
Owners digital ticketing will be made available to all owners with horses engaged at every Victorian race meeting from Saturday, 1 August 2026 onwards.
When downloaded, the tickets will provide owners and their guests with access to all their raceday privileges including:
- admission to the racecourse;
- members area access;
- mounting yard access; and
- owners lounge access and complimentary food and beverage entitlements where available.
Owners with a runner will receive direct notifications via email and SMS soon after acceptances to inform them that their tickets are available.
Owners can log into the Platform using their email address (registered to their Racing Australia account) and a one-time passcode which is sent to their email at that time.
Tickets can be downloaded directly into native digital wallets (Apple and Google), or shared with guests via common methods including SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
Owners that are unable to access their tickets online will receive complimentary admission at one of the racecourse entry points for themselves and their guest(s), before collecting physical owners ticket(s) from the relevant Raceday Ticketing Office or Owners Concierge as per the owner status in racebook.
