Racing Victoria (ACN 096 917 930) is the Principal Racing Authority responsible for governing thoroughbred racing in Victoria. We are collecting your personal information on this form, including your name, contact details and position in the Victorian thoroughbred racing industry. 

We may also be collecting personal information about you which may be considered sensitive or protected under applicable laws (such information may include your, title, ethnicity, criminal record, physical and mental health, identity reference numbers, and other protected sensitive information) that you may provide in the description of your enquiry and/or complaint on this form.

We are collecting your personal information for our legitimate interests, including to ensure that Victorian thoroughbred racing is managed and conducted with the highest integrity. We shall use the information provided on this form for that purpose, including to contact you to discuss the information you have submitted. We may also use the information collected to comply with our regulatory and legal obligations.

Racing Victoria may also contact persons related to your enquiry and/or complaint, so that we may consider the matter and, amongst other things, assist in resolving your enquiry and/or complaint. Further, if Racing Victoria considers that there may be a potential breach of the Rules of Racing arising from the information you have provided, this matter may be considered by the Stewards and may be used in an inquiry or investigation.

If your personal information is not collected, we may not be able to verify the legitimacy of the information submitted on this form or be able to process your enquiry and/or complaint.
