Country Cups Series intensifies with a triple header weekend
With the $500,000 Victorian Country Cups Series Final at Caulfield just over a month away, the road to qualification continues this weekend with feature meetings at Hamilton and Manangatang tomorrow (Saturday, 12 October) and Seymour on Sunday, 13 October. Three horses receive weight penalties after weekend feature wins
Racing Victoria (RV) Head of Handicapping David Hegan has announced weight penalties in the Sportsbet Caulfield Cup (2400m) and/or Lexus Melbourne Cup (3200m) for Ceolwulf, Just Fine and Land Legend after their feature race triumphs on Saturday, 5 October.
