Racing Victoria (RV) wishes to advise that the Murtoa Cup program, now scheduled for Sunday, 13 October, will remain unchanged.
The Murtoa Cup meeting was abandoned on Saturday, 5 October, due to a burst water pipe that created a wet section on the track that was deemed unsuitable for racing.
New fields will be drawn and preference in the ballot will be given to all horses that were an acceptor for Saturday’s meeting.
Nominations close on Wednesday, 9 October at 12noon with acceptances closing at 9.45am on Thursday, 10 October.
