Kilmore meeting abandoned due to state of the track

Racing Victoria (RV) wishes to advise that the last six races of today’s meeting at Kilmore Racing Club have been abandoned after some jockeys expressed concern over the condition of a section of the racetrack.  Following feedback received from jockeys riding in race three, RV Stewards, club officials and senior jockeys inspected the track between the 500-metre mark and the 350-metre mark, with some sections identified as being softer than other areas.
